One of the most important aspects of engineering design is related to drainage facilities and stormwater control.
We work tirelessly with municipalities to make sure that the most current criteria is being followed and cross-referenced with the ever-changing Mile High Flood District criteria.
Ensuring the safety of future structures in our sites, whether they are commercial buildings or residential homes, is of the utmost importance to us. We design all of our storm infrastructure to be able to carry the local 100-year flows. We try to utilize open channels whenever possible to keep costs down for our clients, and when pipes are used they are kept small and shallow to the best of our engineering ability.
