Engineering Services
CWC Consulting provides full-spectrum engineering services that aid in getting projects from bid to build as seamlessly as possible. We begin with initial site planning to analyze existing conditions to ensure fluid connection points, eliminating potential avenues of failure.
We regularly provide roadway design, grading design & earthwork volume calculations, and utility layout & profiling for our clients. We have a deep knowledge of code and criteria for many municipalities across the front range of Colorado as well as projects located in the mountains and how needs change and adapt based on location.
Construction Services
We know that a project does not begin and end with the engineering design phase. We have supported projects all the way from initial bid to final buildout, assisting with application forms, bid tab creation, erosion and sediment control, construction phase plans, addressing plans, and as-built certification.
Providing project support to our clients after plans are approved in working with potential contractors and sub-contractors is important to us and helps get the job through the finish line.
Land Surveying
Our land surveying division has operated hundreds of sites throughout Colorado, including the eastern plains, the front range, and well into the mountains.
Water Resources
One of the most important aspects of engineering design is related to drainage facilities and stormwater control. We work tirelessly with municipalities to make sure that the most current criteria is being followed and cross-referenced with the ever-changing Mile High Flood District criteria.
Ensuring the safety of future structures in our sites, whether they are commercial buildings or residential homes, is of the utmost importance to us. We design all of our storm infrastructure to be able to carry the local 100-year flows. We try to utilize open channels whenever possible to keep costs down for our clients, and when pipes are used they are kept small and shallow to the best of our engineering ability.
