Kendall Parkway and the newly widened underpass also serves CDOT’s newest Centerra Loveland Mobility Hub, providing seamless transitions for passengers traveling along Colorado’s Northern I-25 corridor. The project consisted of re-routing the existing Kendall parkway alignment to meet the underpass. Road Grades were designed to meet the underpass elevations, while keeping grading extents outside of the existing mall property and the railroad right-of-way. We also worked with the City of Loveland to implement a channelized-T intersection due to geometry constraints preventing the construction of a roundabout.
