One of the most beloved breweries in Denver, the Denver Beer Company entrusted our lead engineers to retrofit and renovate a corner lot in an existing area of the Lowry neighborhood in Denver.
Being an already-existing highly dense urban area, site constraints were very high. We provided grading and utility services to seamlessly tie into the surrounding area, working with architects to coordinate building foundation elevations so that the overall vision of the built-out site was kept intact.
