Working in conjunction with renowned architects and planners from Colorado and beyond, this site will provide a cornerstone to the City of Greeley. The project required heavy coordination with the City of Greeley as they are in a period of transition with moving forward on their 2040 transportation plans, integrating new concepts and ideas into the proposed site, and generating a “new look” for this side of town with us using this 300 acres to assist in that transformation process. CWC provided comprehensive design services related to master-planned finished grades of the entire 300 acres, roadway design for collector & arterial sections as well as state highway improvement plans, regional detention for the City of Greeley, and utility buildout for water, sanitary, storm, and power. We also worked on relocation for several dry utilities throughout the site, including overhead electric and underground gas & electric.
