The project was unique in that, in order to provide connectivity for the Town, existing Lombardi Street had to be extended through an RTD railroad and associated ROW, which involved a separate submittal process with a separate set of construction plans adhering strictly to RTD standards. For the rest of Canyon Creek, CWC provided utility design, grading design, drainage analysis & detention design, as well as providing calcs to the irrigation company that owned a ditch in the area and needed to get flows through the proposed site to the existing farmers on the other side of the subdivision.
