Millennium East Subdivisions, a.k.a. “Kinston Hub”

Located on the East side of I-25, by the Promenade Shops at Centerra, an expansive housing development by McWhinney was engineered and designed by CWC Consulting.
So far, we have designed 8 separate subdivisions in the area as well as two Clubhouses. More are planned for the future, and with each iteration of engineering design in this area we make sure to give thought to the existing facilities in the area to be sure our current proposed site is still being served by detention, water, and sewer.
