Located along the south frontage of HWY 34 just off of I-25, along with an additional 100 acres of single-family and multifamily residential homes. This project supplies well-needed connectivity from the Loveland Sports Park to a network of open space, parks, shopping and restaurants in the heart of Loveland. CWC provided the roadway design, grading design, stormwater analysis, utility design, and stormwater detention for the entirety of the site. We acted as the main coordination team for architects, subcontractors, and other engineering firms to be distributed different base files, site constraints, and budget & planning discussions.
